What’s New (& Not New) with the Statewide Database Licensing Program?

Oregon State Library’s Statewide Database Licensing Program (SDLP) provides Oregon libraries with subsidized access to periodical and reference databases. In 2013, the Statewide Database Licensing Advisory Committee (SDLAC) worked with OSL on a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new databases contract to begin July 2014. This session will give an overview of the evaluation process and its results. We will also lead discussions to get feedback on what works and doesn’t work about the current SDLP, and to identify other resources the SDLP may pursue. Please join us for a lively discussion and help shape the future activities of the SDLAC.
