Speaker's Bio/Recent Trainings
I train today's library staff for tomorrow's libraries, and help craft creative solutions to perplexing challenges. I bring over 10 years of public library experience (front line, management, and staff development), and over 20 years of customer service experience. I serve on the Washington Library Trainers board and in other advisory groups, and have presented at multiple regional and national library conferences.
