Julie Rebboah has been a dedicated education professional since 1998. She has served as an elementary educator at a California Distinguished, Blue Ribbon awarded School. Her experience includes having worked as an Early Reading Intervention instructor, and English Language Development teacher and as a private tutor. She continues to work in education as the president and founder of Lightning Bug Learning, located in Lake Oswego. She has written two, grade-level specific easy reader books for children.

There is no charge for speaking events within the Portland metro area. Areas outside may be asked for a small travel stipend between $25-$50.
