Speaker's Bio/Recent Trainings

Heather Clark is a member services librarian at BCR. Her primary role is training librarians in issues related to resource sharing, including OCLC software functionality and copyright. She also has completed consulting projects to increase resource sharing workflow efficiency for local libraries and statewide groups.

Heather holds an MLIS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is currently completing a Certificate in Copyright Leadership and Management through the Center for Intellectual Property at the University of Maryland, University College. Her work in “small shop” libraries gives her perspective on how different library functions work together to create the complete library service.
