About the Event
Tired of using the same books with your classes every year? Come to this workshop for Multnomah County K-12 educators to learn about new books you might use in your language arts, social studies, math, science and the arts classes. You'll receive a notebook with the booktalks, and copies of the books will be available for you to borrow after the event. Refreshments will be served, and all educators who attend will get a free book to keep! Professional development/TIC credit may be available for attending. Contact the School Corps for details. Booklists and booktalks will be posted to the School Corps Web site in the Fall.
