RADical redesign: Introducing college freshmen to Research and Discovery through online instruction

Like many libraries, University of Washington's Odegaard Undergraduate Library struggles to familiarize new, tech-savvy students with academic research. We will discuss the Research and Discovery (RAD) Project’s development, the insights we’ve gained from working closely with student-instructors, and the process our small team used to implement large-scale student centered instruction.
