My passion is science literacy and public access to accurate scientific information. I want everyone in the country to have a fundamental understanding of basic scientific principles, understand the value of the peer-review process in scientific literature, and know how to find and freely access scientific information that is credible. My job currently involves accuracy-checking of scientific textbooks for major publishers. I also occasionally teach chemistry courses.
