L-net and Multnomah County Library are sponsoring this study of how libraries can best reach Oregon’s Latino population. About 1 in 8 (12%) of Oregonians are Latinos, and about 1 in 13 (7.7%) speak mostly Spanish at home. What tools and resources from the library would Latinos they be likely to use online and with cell phones?
