Jen McKenzie, Fulbright Alumni, Siuslaw K12 District Teacher Librarian and OASL President-Elect, will share ways in which learning communities can collaborate on a global scale using multigenre research writing, 360 cameras and virtual reality devices (both synchronous and asynchronous settings). She will share expertise and resources from her recently funded Fulbright Global Education grant which will connect 1,000 students and staff from Oregon, Missouri and Moquegua, Peru. A Makerspace station will be incorporated to invite folx to participate in a “Kind Eyes” collaborative art project, which will be digitized and physically presented at ISTE Live24 in June.
