During this interactive session, we will present ways to recognize career longevity issues, such as burnout and waning motivation, as well as different strategies for dealing with them. As part of our facilitated discussion, we will help you to identify actions you can take to deal with job motivation and engagement issues often encountered by seasoned library workers.
