This session would share my personal library outreach experience around discussing Banned Books during class visits with local high schools. During the session I will share anecdotal stories, outreach program outlines, educational resources around banned/challenged book statistics, and tangible ways to encourage teens to advocate for themselves and their 1st Amendment rights.
