Using Grey Literature for Government Information Reference Research

Summary:
A lightning fast overview of some of the grey literature resources that can be used to answer government information related reference queries.  Grey literature being defined as that which is produced on all levels of government, academics, business and industry in print and electronic formats, but which is not controlled by commercial publishers.

Bio:
Natalie Brant is currently a Reference Librarian at the State Library of Oregon.  Prior to the State Library she served as the Head of Library Services at a human rights grant-making foundation focused on national and international government policy, headquartered in NYC. Government information is her favorite kind.
