In February 2019 the volunteer library in Lowell, OR was destroyed. In Febraury 2023, Lowell opened the Maggie Osgood Library. Join us in this success story as we explore the value of a public library in its community, project management hurdles and victories, the complexities of developing a library advisory committee, and shelving the library one book at a time. We hope to share our optimism for the future of libraries through our story.
