| For Everyone/Para Todos – We walk the talk! Join us for our Library on the Loose presentation as we share ideas of what it means to get books into children’s hands. No library card, no problem! In 2020 the Hillsboro Public Library Community Engagement team distributed the highest number of books than any other year on record thanks to energetic staff and dedicated volunteers. Building community and meeting people where they were was the key to our success. Learn how we mapped out a plan, targeted communities the library was not reaching, and reintroduced library service in a fun, high energy way. |
